This version of the product was launched in less than 3 months and was used as a beta for continuous feedback integration through client onsite testing. After several months of slow organic growth, the startup adopted an even stronger validation-driven approach, switching from dedicated teams to fixed-price statements of work that can quickly test out assumptions.
