Vasile, or how we all call him, ‘Vasi’, is the most fun person to be around. He is this excellent Programmer always delivering great software solutions to challenging projects. Vasi is a great colleague that can turn the gloomiest of days into some of the great days spent at the office. He is a joy to work with and be alongside in our journey of innovation.

Other than that, Vasile is a consistent football amateur, and just like following the strategy of the match, his sharp mind enjoys various strategic games in general. He is able to find the balance between the seriousness of life and the playfulness of smart and fast solutions.

Andreea, known as ‘Gheji’, is one good example of how strong essences are kept in small bottles. A mountain of enthusiasm, with a never ending willingness to contribute to our mission of bringing innovation to the world, she works hard, no matter how high the stakes are. Andreea loves the team at Linnify so much that she took it upon herself to mentor the new coming interns and instil our core values into all the team members.

Other than that, Andreea likes playing board games, is not a fan of cheese and knows how to comfort people when they are feeling blue.

Adrian is a man of action who always has a ‘Let’s do it’ approach to new projects. He firstly writes down his ideas, spots all of the complex parts, makes another coffee, and then he is ready to conquer the world. Adrian is cautious but sometimes takes a well-calculated risk, just so that he can bring some improvements to our work.

Other than that, Adrian likes to laugh off the challenging situations, he works as hard in the gym like he does in the office and is a tough guy with a warm inside and a good soul.

Bianca is a passionate Web Developer, always looking for ways to perfect her methods and keep up with the evolution of technology. She is so well-organized that besides delivering her tasks on time and very well done, she always manages to find ways of bringing improvements to everything she works on.

Other than that, she once planned a Lord of the Rings marathon for our team, loves Gabriel Garcia Marques and will always try her best to lend a helping hand.

Patricia has a mind built for understanding the market as she is always up-to-date with the newest trends and hot topics. Not only that, but she can write content to match the communication style of our team. She is a natural in planning and is capable of putting together events that are out of the ordinary and make everyone in the team resonate with her ideas.

Other than that, Patricia is an excellent amateur cook, loves analog photography and will definitely remember your birthday.

Dragoș simply gets it. He is intuitive, patient and kind, and those traits really set off the atmosphere around him. Genuinely caring about people, Dragoș is not only reliable and dedicated but is also motivating towards doing the right thing. That is because there is always the ‘right thing’ in probably any situation, and he’s the kind of guy who can adapt and bring a positive impact to any situation.

Other than that, he does resonate well with adrenaline in terms of discovering new places through traveling and will hopefully soon nurture this adventurous spirit in a South Africa safari.

Ștefana really understands what community means, and, even better, she knows the ways of building unity within people’s hearts. Because she does everything with some extra soul, her kindness and openness are constantly on a rise. Ștefana might think she is not a creative person, but creativity comes in a lot of shapes and forms.

Other than that, Ștefana sees the exponential growth in energy and ideas within a community when it comes to active sports like the ones she’s practiced for years: dance and basketball.

Robert is a dynamic entity who is able to find the bright side out of any situation. His way of caring for others often results in putting a smile on people’s faces. Being friendly and funny are not his only amazing traits of personality.

Other than that, Robert has a bucket list full of awesome destinations to travel to. Maybe his wanderlust creates space for discipline and sense in code.

Ioana is your go-to passionate and devoted to the purpose person. She’s creative and insightful. She finds pleasure in bringing into creation matters that are buildable towards a bigger goal.

Other than that, if there’s something you need to know about her wanderlust priorities, prepare the hot air balloons, because she feels Cappadocia is not only dreamy, but a whole mood altogether.
