With a background in Law and Economics and an interest in Business and Technology, Cătălin, widely known as Alin, is the binding element between us and the market, clients, or partners. He is among the founding members of Linnify and most importantly, his diverse set of skills qualify him as the Linnifian always prepared for the next step in our journey. He is constantly on a mission to help others bring value to the world in their unique manner, as he is a strong believer in people’s ability to reach their full potential only provided that their authentic creativity has space to evolve and transform into something bigger and better, capable of taking humanity to the next level.

Other than that, Cătălin uses little life hacks like meditation, cold showers, fasting, speed reading in order to constantly challenge the growth of the body and the mind.

Alexandru is perhaps the living vision behind Linnify. He dedicated his very being to growing Linnify into the company it is today. His technical background fused with his entrepreneurial skills and made him the leader we all need. Alex is the one that dares to push us forward, when the dream is big, he makes it bigger, when the spirits are low, he lifts them up within seconds and when exciting projects are on the horizon, he fuels them with the right amount of enthusiasm.

Other than that, Alex is constantly daydreaming about alternative futures, knows a thing or two about judo and can give a motivational speech at any time of the day.

Răzvan, also known as Rără, is the technical mastermind behind Linnify, he is the one everyone can count on for the most difficult questions that cannot be found neither on the internet, nor in the books. He is one of the founding members of the company, driven by the boldest and bravest ideas and unafraid to take up the next challenge.

Other than that, Răzvan has singing sessions at the end of the working day, will definitely joke around with you and once decided to create an application to facilitate online shopping when he was sick of doing it himself (true story).

Darius is part of the founding team of Linnify, a brilliantly talented Programmer whose problem solving skills and business intuition have put him on a mission to restlessly come up with software solutions that can change life for the better. Nothing can stand in his way towards achieving his goals, our goals, to create innovation. His incredible skills have played a big part in opening new opportunities for Linnify since the very beginning.

Other than that, Darius is an insanely fast typer, collects vinyl and practices judo.

Sebastian is the guru of the Mobile team, having substantial experience in the field. He is the man of many names, always involved in multiple projects at a time, closely collaborating with clients and partners and coming up with the best solutions. Sebi is part of the founding team of Linnify and is capable of going many extra miles for his team.

Other than that, Sebastian is the creator of the funniest inside jokes at the office, can play any sport and he once won the delivery man of the month (true story).

Răzvan is part of the founding team of Linnify, someone with significant technical knowledge and a sense of humor. He is a great mentor and knows his job so well, he makes it look easy. Răzvan has worked on many challenging projects, always with great dedication and seriousness. His work ethics and strong principles keep us all grounded and disciplined, while his good humored jokes manage to always lift the spirits.

Other than that, Răzvan is the coach of our team, hates to lose in competitions and can do voice impressions very well.

Andreea is the leader any team would be happy to have. She is fueled by creativity and brave ideas, always knows where the limits are, sometimes higher than the rest of us are able to predict. This is thanks to her involvement throughout the years in helping other start-ups grow and become relevant on the market. Andreea is a true believer that innovation can make a difference in our lives.

Other than that, she organizes the best team buildings, after work Zoom meetings and probably makes the best gin and tonic in town.

Andrada is the definition of multitasking and multipotentiality. She has a technical background, but her artistic skills and aesthetics, as well as her smart approach to projects, make her a great UX/UI Designer. Andrada is also known for her managerial aptitudes and is always motivating the team to work better and achieve more.

Other than that, she has a special and on-point way of understanding the value of matters. Whether it’s music, beauty, functionality, or right from wrong, her engineering approach to life’s arts makes the most out of any project.

Vlad is the one that can fix anything and is capable of learning new technologies or programming languages like it’s the easiest thing in the world. He is a hard-working individual, always dedicated to the final goal and determined to find the best approach, the most innovative solution, and develop the product that perfectly fits with the vision behind it.

Other than that, Vlad has a big sweet tooth, is always laid back and relaxed, and will walk with confidence in any room.
