Linnify shifted my perspective.

As a Computer Science student that was insecure about the future approaching, I got to be very excited about how many opportunities there are in front of me. The technology world sounded promising, but I didn’t know what to expect. Besides that, I was always driven by my organizational spirit and hoped to be part of more than just a service provider company. 

At Linnify I had the chance to find the right people to guide me. And they were there for me right from the beginning. I instantly felt a connection. From my internship colleagues to our mentors and all the people involved, everything was the perfect match for me. 

They made me feel powerful and confident that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. 

It was more than my technical expertise, these people saw the real me and they never hesitated to provide me with the means to grow, as a mobile developer and also as a project manager.

Sometimes you just need a push at the right time

Yes, I really switched my perspective. 

After the internship, I worked as a mobile developer for a year and I came to the conclusion that I was being more preoccupied with the nuances that can change the course of a product’s development: listening, organizing, planning, and creating a connection. I wanted to be more involved in building a product, managing a project, and leading a team. 

And, guess what? Linnify offered me the chance to do so. I was responsible for the internship project as a project manager, one year after I started my Linnifian journey. They trusted me and it meant a lot. 

But that’s not all. After being involved in more than five projects I discovered my love for the product side of things. 

Project Management was great, but Product Management was on another level for me. And, just like that, I started my journey as a product-oriented person after working for a year in project management. 

That being said, I never know what the future will hold for me, but I’m certain that Linnify will always be there to offer support and help me grow. 

Looking back, I feel like Linnify changed everything for me. I can not believe how much I’ve changed and how my professional career looks now.

I’m grateful for each and every Linnifian that contributed to that, they will always have a special place in my heart.
